How NCLT became tribunal of hope reviving assets worth billions despite resource crunch

As the Supreme Court recently came down heavily on the procedural delays and lack of adherence to timelines in IBC cases, the focus on working of the tribunals has peaked. With 20 new members joining the 16 NCLT benches, there is expectation that disposal of cases will speed up and pendency will fall.
