Spalba, a SaaS-enabled B2B venue marketplace, is setting its sights on a Rs 100 crore turnover by FY26, after closing FY25 with Rs 60 crore in consolidated revenue. The growth marks a nearly 3000% year-on-year surge for the five-year-old company, which remains entirely bootstrapped and profitable.
Founded in 2020, the Gurugram-based startup has positioned itself at the intersection of digital hospitality infrastructure and event planning, catering to India’s sprawling Rs 200 billion events industry. It has also begun expanding across Asia, entering Malaysia, Vietnam, Sri Lanka, Myanmar, Bhutan, and Nepal in recent quarters.
The startup plans to grow its network of venues from 11,000 to 13,000 and increase its property listings from 2,067 to 4,500 by the end of FY26. This would expand Spalba’s presence to over 80 Indian cities, tapping demand from both luxury hotel chains and regional event partners seeking a digitized planning experience.
“Our journey from a bootstrapped startup to a 60 crore revenue run-rate has been driven by continuous innovation and an unwavering commitment to customer success,” said Vishal Puri, co-founder of Spalba.
“With our tech-first approach—combining AR-powered virtual property tours, the Event Mockup Builder, events, lead generation and AI-driven sales tools—we expect to cross the Rs 100 crore mark in FY 2026.”
Over 250 marquee properties—including The Leela, Radisson Hotel Group, Accor, and The Oberoi—currently use Spalba’s platform to offer immersive venue showcases, digitize bookings, and cross-sell F&B and ancillary services.
By eliminating paperwork and reducing the need for site visits, Spalba says it is not only improving conversion for hotels but also lowering carbon emissions linked to traditional event sales. Spalba claims it has relied on a lean operating model and product-led growth to gain a foothold in a market largely dependent on offline brokers, email-based negotiations, and manual coordination.
With a tech stack that integrates virtual tours, AI-enabled booking support, and lead generation, Spalba is betting that a digital-first planning experience will define the future of corporate, social, and destination events—not only in India, but across emerging Asian economies.
