While 10-minute delivery platforms are expanding their offerings and launching large-scale sale events, horizontal players Flipkart and Amazon are doubling down on their own q-comm services. Analysts say demand peaks on the day of festivals such as Dussehra, Diwali, and Bhai Dooj, with spending concentrated on flowers, dry fruits, gift items, snacks, and puja essentials.
