Ola’s Bhavish Aggarwal tells HC campaign over employee suicide hurt company’s image

Aggarwal and his colleague, Subrat Kumar Dash, have sought the quashing of an FIR registered at Subramanyapura Police Station on October 6, following the death of 38-year-old K Aravind, who allegedly took his own life citing workplace harassment and delayed payments. The FIR names Dash, Ola Electric’s head of vehicle homologations and regulations, and Aggarwal, accusing them of abetment to suicide under Section 108 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS), 2023.
